Positive Affirmations

What are positive affirmations, to quote wiki...........Affirmations in New Age and New Thought terminology refers primarily to the practice of positive thinking - fostering a belief that "a positive mental attitude supported by affirmations will achieve success in anything." More specifically an affirmation is a carefully formatted statement that should be repeated to one's self and written down frequently. For an affirmation to be effective, it needs to be present tense, positive, personal and specific.

Don't forget with affirmations you need to - say, write, meditate on - the affirmation repeatedly to create the neural pathway. Focus on being positive and unstoppable to bring your dreams to fruition. Breathe harmony into your life and live your dreams. Repeat, repeat, repeat, over and over all day!! Write your affirmation down on post it notes and stick them where you know you will read them. Meditate on your affirmation with your favourite crystal. When we are at one with our selves and the universe, all possibilities reveal themselves to us, there is a clarity of life that was previously missing and we glide effortlessly through our personal tapestries. Breathe your oneness into your being.
